I’m growing an eBay store and want to hand off the daily grind so I can focus on strategy. Your first job is to track down profitable inventory—whether that’s via wholesale, dropshipping suppliers, or other reliable channels—and present options with clear cost, market price, and margin data. Once a product is green-lit, you’ll build a polished listing in eBay Seller Hub, writing SEO-friendly titles, completing all item specifics, and uploading quality images.
After a sale, you’ll handle the entire fulfillment loop: place the order with the supplier, confirm shipment within the promised handling time, add tracking details to eBay, and keep buyers updated so my seller metrics stay flawless. Quick replies to shipping or order-status messages are part of the brief.
Deliverables
• A vetted product shortlist with cost, market price, and expected margin
• Optimized eBay listings ready to publish (initial batch of 20, then ongoing)
• End-to-end order fulfillment and on-time tracking uploads for every sale
Acceptance criteria
Listings must comply with eBay SEO best practices, avoid VERO-restricted brands, and target at least a 15 % margin. Tracking numbers need to be uploaded within 24 hours of supplier dispatch, and defects kept at 0 %.
Familiarity with tools such as Zik Analytics, AutoDS, DSM Tool, or your own proven workflow is welcome—just outline the methods you rely on and share a recent example of a successful eBay product you managed. Once we agree on the first batch of products, we’ll kick things off right away.
