Easy PDF Copy Typing

I have a collection of scanned PDF files that I need converted into clean, error-free plain-text documents. All I’m after is the raw text arranged in straightforward paragraphs—no tables, no page breaks, and no attempt to mirror the original layout.

If a heading, bullet, or numbered list appears in the scan, simply fold it into normal paragraph form so the final TXT file reads smoothly from start to finish. Consistency in spelling, punctuation, and spacing matters more than reproducing visual formatting.

You can use any text-friendly tool you like—Word, Google Docs, Notepad++, or similar—as long as you deliver a single UTF-8 text file for each PDF I supply. Accuracy is key; I will run a quick spot-check against the source scans before marking the milestone complete.

This is a straightforward task that suits beginners looking to build feedback, yet I still expect careful proofreading before you submit. Once we’re both happy with the first file, I’ll release the remaining PDFs in small batches so the workflow stays manageable.
