Freelance Sales Recruiter – Eastern Europe Only Consultancy Research International is looking for experienced Freelance Sales Recruiters to join our remote team. Location/Nationality: Eastern Europe ONLY Compensation: $800+ monthly High commission potential Up to $2,000+ per month based on performance Role Responsibilities Source and recruit suitable Sales Callers. Post job advertisements and actively source candidates. Screen and interview potential candidates. Communicate with candidates and assess their suitability. Coordinate onboarding and ensure new hires understand the role and expectations. Follow up with recruited candidates and monitor their progress. Work closely with the team to achieve recruitment targets. Requirements Eastern European nationality only Previous experience in recruitment, sales recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good English communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is an advantage. Results-driven and comfortable working with performance-based targets.
