Earnway.art API & Ads Debug

I need a developer who can jump straight into the earnway.art code-base and tighten the connection between the site and our central PostgreSQL/MySQL database. The immediate focus is to:

• Debug the login-time and redirect-time ad settings that occasionally mis-fire.
• Wire up banner, video and interstitial ads so they display and track correctly.
• Complete the remaining API endpoints that link the website to the central database, then write clear, developer-friendly documentation for them.
• Refactor the existing Java and PHP code so the new API calls, wallet functions, recharge/payment gateway, subscription package management, CRM member tools, and illegal short-link controls run smoothly from the same backend interface.

To succeed you’ll need solid PostgreSQL and MySQL skills plus fluency in both Java and PHP. I already have short-link creation, access tracking, data export and a basic member dashboard in place; your work will elevate these pieces and make daily site-to-database tasks seamless.

Please outline relevant projects you have completed, note any questions about the current architecture, and suggest how you prefer to structure the hand-over for the finished API docs.
