I need one- two polished spots—one 15-seconds, the other 30-seconds—encouraging early voting in our Texas county. Both files must be mastered at movie-screen resolution; I’ll supply exact specs (frame rate, color space, audio levels) as soon as we start.

No custom shoots are required. Script is provided. You’re free to combine licensed stock footage, motion graphics, and bold typography using our brand guidelines as long as the end result feels clear and informative rather than preachy. A warm, neutral voiceover and purposeful background music (if needed) are essential components, and should steer viewers toward the simple call to action: “Vote early, avoid the lines.”

Deliverables
• 15-second and/ or 30-second final videos in cinema-ready format (ProRes 422 HQ + 5.1 or stereo WAV)
• Final voiceover track
• Project files (Premiere, Resolve, or After Effects) with all licensed assets clearly organized
• One round of revisions on both spots

Timeline is tight—everything wrapped inside two weeks—so please reply with your proposed workflow and any portfolio pieces that prove you’ve met theater-quality standards before.
