My mobile app is still in its pre-launch phase, so the very first task is to engineer a repeatable user-acquisition engine before we hit the stores. The single success metric for this engagement is new, qualified users, and everything we do must ladder up to that goal.

Here is the scope in plain terms. First, a lightweight but data-driven launch plan that maps targets, messaging, and funnel tracking. Then come fast, iterative experiments across the three channels already earmarked—social media ads, organic search (ASO/SEO), and influencer marketing. Each test should be set up with clear hypotheses, budgets, and KPIs so we can cut losers quickly and double down on winners. While user acquisition sits at the top of the agenda, I also need eyes on the onboarding sequence to be sure the traffic you acquire actually activates and sticks.

Deliverables
• 30-day growth roadmap with projected user numbers per channel
• Creative briefs and ad sets for paid social (Meta, TikTok, or similar)
• Keyword plan and metadata updates for App Store & Google Play listings
• Influencer short-list plus outreach templates and campaign structure
• Weekly report summarising spend, installs, retention, and next steps

Acceptance Criteria
• First 1,000 genuine installs acquired within agreed CAC
• Day-1 activation rate documented and above industry baseline
• Clear recommendation on which channel(s) scale and which to pause

Access to analytics (Firebase + SKAdNetwork), creative assets, and dev resources is ready to go the moment we agree on milestones. I value transparency and speed over perfection, so expect rapid feedback and quick decisions throughout the sprint.
