E57 to Revit & BIMx

I will share an E57 laser-scan of the building together with some PDF plans. The task is to turn those two references into a clean BIM model that shows only the essentials of the architecture—walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows—accurately placed and dimensioned.
Both sources need to be reconciled as you work: when dimensions disagree, measure from the point cloud; when geometry is missing or obscured in the cloud, rely on the drawing. The finished geometry should sit squarely on the real-world coordinates of the scan so I can later insert further disciplines without alignment glitches.
Deliverables
• Native Revit file (.rvt)
• Native Archicad file (.pln) plus a view-only BIMx model
I will run a quick clash and dimension spot-check against the cloud before sign-off, so please keep tolerance tight enough that walls and structural faces line up when I overlay the model on the point cloud.
If you have handled E57 imports in either Revit or Archicad before and can turn this around promptly, let’s get started.
