I run a growing e-commerce business and I’m finally ready to replace the patchwork of manual tasks slowing us down. The objective is simple: design and deploy an end-to-end automation system that keeps the store humming with as little hands-on intervention as possible.
We’ll start with a discovery call so you can map my current tech stack and pain points. Customer service, inventory management, and marketing are all on the table; I’ll explain the exact priorities during that session. Whether the answer involves Shopify flow triggers, WooCommerce hooks, Magento APIs, or third-party connectors like Zapier, Make, Klaviyo, Gorgias, ShipStation, or Zendesk, I’m open to the most reliable, scalable path.
Once we agree on the roadmap, I expect:
• A clear architecture diagram and tool list
• Configuration and integration of all chosen apps/services
• Automated workflows fully tested in a staging environment
• A short video or written SOP that shows my team how to monitor and tweak the automations
I’ll sign off when each workflow fires correctly under real-world conditions and the documentation proves anyone on my team can maintain it. If this sounds like a challenge you’re excited to tackle, let’s talk details and get the build underway.
