E-Commerce Website With User Reviews

I need a brand-new shopping website built from the ground up. The catalogue itself is still being finalised, so the platform must stay flexible enough to handle anything from electronics to apparel or home goods as those decisions are made.

Core requirements
• A clean product listing and search experience
• Secure cart, checkout and payment gateway integration (major providers such as Stripe or PayPal are fine)
• Built-in user review system that lets verified buyers leave ratings, text feedback and photos, with moderation controls for me on the back end
• Mobile-first performance and SEO-friendly URLs from day one

I am open to the stack you feel most efficient with—Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom React/Node or similar—so long as it is stable, easy for me to maintain and does not lock me into excessive monthly fees. Please indicate in your proposal:

Once the site passes final QA on staging, you will migrate it to my live domain and provide a short hand-off session so I understand routine admin tasks like adding products, approving reviews and tracking orders.
