Job Description
We are launching a new party rental business in Dubai called Partyinabox.
The concept is simple: customers can rent a complete party equipment package for birthdays and private events, with optional consumables and add-ons.
We are looking for one freelancer who can handle both branding and website design/development and help us prepare the business for launch.
Scope of Work
1. Logo & Branding
- Create/refine the Partyinabox logo
- Full logo with tagline: Every Party Starts Here
- Include Dubai, UAE
- Logo variations:
- Full logo
- Logo without tagline
- Horizontal version
- Icon-only version
- Transparent background version
- Deliver editable/vector files: AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG
- Define brand colors
- Define fonts
- Create a simple brand guideline
2. Website Design & Development
We need a professional, colorful, mobile-friendly website.
The website is not an e-commerce website and does not require online payment.
Its purpose is to:
- Showcase our party packages
- Show pricing
- Show the items included in each package
- Show optional add-ons
- Explain how the service works
- Generate booking inquiries through WhatsApp and a booking form

Booking Form
The website should have a simple inquiry form with fields such as:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email
- Party date
- Party location
- Number of children
- Package selected
- Add-ons
- Notes
The form should send the inquiry to us by email.
WhatsApp Integration
- Floating WhatsApp button
- WhatsApp buttons on package pages
- Pre-filled inquiry message
Add-ons
The website should display both:
- Returnable rental add-ons, e.g. beanbags, extra speakers, lighting
- Non-returnable add-ons, e.g. piñatas, balloons, extra consumables

Budget
Fixed price: approximately USD 250–350
