I’m ready to launch an online store and want every digital touchpoint to feel cohesive, professional, and on-brand. The scope covers three intertwined pieces of work:

• Website design & development – a full e-commerce build that is visually appealing, mobile-first, and conversion-oriented. I’m open to the platform you recommend (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom, etc.) as long as it can scale and is easy for my team to manage once live.
• Social media management – ongoing planning, scheduling, and community engagement across the main channels you feel will drive the best ROI for this type of store.
• Content creation – product imagery, short-form video, and copy that can be repurposed seamlessly between the website and social platforms.

There’s no hard deadline, so we can prioritise strategy and quality over speed, but I’d like a clear roadmap with sensible milestones. If you have a portfolio that shows successful e-commerce builds paired with strong social performance, that’s exactly what I’m looking for.
