E-Commerce Site & Member Portal

I need a complete e-commerce website built from scratch that sells both physical and digital products and offers a clear separation between a public storefront and a post-login member area. Customers must be able to register, verify their mobile number via OTP, log in, recover forgotten passwords with ease, and then access exclusive content, purchase history and personalised offers once inside.

RazorPay will power the entire checkout flow, so please wire it up in both sandbox and live modes, ensure webhooks fire correctly and that refunds and partial captures work. If you can keep the door open for optional gateways such as PayPal or Stripe later, even better.

Beyond sales, the site needs a lightweight but flexible CMS so I can publish blog posts, announce upcoming events and collect sign-ups for a newsletter. Simple drag-and-drop forms for contact and feedback are essential, and a one-click WhatsApp chat button should sit prominently for real-time support.

Clean, responsive design across desktop and mobile, search-engine friendly code, and an intuitive admin dashboard are expected. Whether you recommend WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, Laravel, or another stack, please choose something you can secure and extend.
