I’m ready to move my service-based business online with a fully functional e-commerce website. Customers need to be able to view my range of services, pick a time slot that suits them, and pay on the spot—all without leaving the site. A clean, responsive design is important, but the real focus is on smooth user flow from discovery to checkout.
Key functionality I must have:
• Real-time booking system tied to each service so clients can reserve and manage appointments themselves.
• Secure payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, or your recommended alternative) to handle one-off and recurring payments.
• A dedicated space for client testimonials that I can update easily from the backend.
Please build the site on a platform that lets me add, edit, or retire services without touching code—WordPress (with WooCommerce/Bookly), Shopify, or another framework you trust is fine as long as it covers the requirements above and scales with future growth.
Final delivery should include: a polished, mobile-first front end; fully configured booking and payment modules; an admin guide or short loom video so I can handle day-to-day updates myself; and a brief round of post-launch tweaks to catch anything we missed.
