E-Commerce Sales Coordinator Needed (US Based indivisuals preffered)

I run a fast-moving e-commerce store and need a dependable coordinator who can be online for 8–9 straight hours each business day within a US time zone. Your two main responsibilities are straightforward but vital: every incoming order must be processed quickly and accurately, and our sales performance must be tracked through clear, well-structured reports. (US Based indivisuals preffered) Monthly pay of around 700-800 USD with 6 days a week working.

You will work inside Shopify for the customer-facing side and Odoo for back-office tasks, so prior, hands-on experience with both is a must. Expect to manage the full order life-cycle—verification, fulfillment updates, refunds or exchanges—and then turn that activity into daily, weekly, and monthly summaries that help me spot trends and make decisions.

Deliverables
• Same-day processing of 100 % of orders received during your shift
• A concise end-of-day sales report shared before you log off
• A consolidated weekly spreadsheet and a month-end dashboard drawn from Shopify and Odoo data
