E-commerce Project Manager
We are a e-commerce company and we have been in the fashion business for more than 20 years both in Asia and Australia. We had retail shops and manufacturing factory in both in Singapore and Australia (other brand names)
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised E-commerce Project Manager to manage and coordinate our online store operations, product launches, marketing activities, website improvements, and day-to-day e-commerce projects. Applicant must have excellent proficiency and able to read write and communicate in Chinese and English.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal team members, suppliers, designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate product sourcing, product listing, pricing, images, descriptions, variants, and inventory updates.
Manage and maintain Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Plan and coordinate new product and collection launches.
Work with designers and developers on website updates, improvements, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate digital marketing activities across social media, email, paid advertising, and other channels.
Monitor project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
Maintain project trackers and provide regular progress reports.
Review website content and product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Monitor website performance, sales, conversion rates, customer behaviour, and other key e-commerce KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and online sales.
Coordinate with suppliers and other external service providers.
Ensure issues are followed through until successfully resolved.
Develop and maintain clear processes and SOPs for recurring e-commerce activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in e-commerce, project management, or online retail.
Strong knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Good understanding of product listing and catalogue management.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and team members simultaneously.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, project-management platforms, and AI productivity tools will be highly regarded.
