I run an e-commerce store from the Bay Area and need a focused clean-up so every product page loads fast, reads well, and converts. The rest of the site is fine; the product pages are where customers hesitate and search engines forget me.
Here’s what I want us to tackle together:
• Better images & descriptions – compress without quality loss, add keyword-rich alt text, and polish copy that sells.
• Streamlined navigation – tighten categories, improve breadcrumbs, and cut extra clicks between browsing and cart.
• Improved SEO – refine meta tags, add structured data, and push Core Web Vitals into the green.
My store front is with Shopify. We can meet in person around SF/Oakland if it speeds things up, but remote is okay once we’ve set the roadmap.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Green Core Web Vitals for all product pages
2. At least a 15 % bump in organic SEO metrics compared with our current baseline
3. A concise style guide covering image specs, copy tone, and navigation rules
If your skill set matches and you’re local enough for the occasional coffee-shop review, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
