E-Commerce NLP Chatbot Build

I’m ready to add an AI-powered e-commerce advisor to my application and need a full-stack engineer who can take the idea from zero to a production-ready feature. The core requirement is a Natural Language Processing model tuned specifically for conversational AI so shoppers can ask for product recommendations, compare items, and get instant answers about shipping, sizing, or availability—without ever leaving the chat window.

Here’s how I picture the flow:

• Model layer: Select and fine-tune an NLP model (OpenAI GPT, Cohere, or similar) so it understands my product catalog, brand voice, and typical customer questions.
