E-Commerce Email Support Assistant

I run a fast-growing online store and our shared Gmail/Google Workspace inbox now receives dozens of messages each day. Almost every email is a customer question about a product variant, stock level, price, or a simple order-status nudge, and I want those answered within an hour while sounding friendly and on-brand.

You will work exclusively on these customer questions and routine order updates; anything involving refunds, complaints, or supplier negotiations still stays with me. To reply accurately you’ll have view access to our product catalogue and live inventory dashboard, plus a set of ready-made Gmail templates that you can adjust to suit each conversation.

Clear English, a warm tone, and basic familiarity with Gmail filters, labels, canned responses, or similar tools are essential. Success is measured by keeping our average first-reply time under 60 minutes during your shift and maintaining customer satisfaction above 90 %.
