I have several product catalogues in PDF format that need to be translated into live listings on my online store. Every piece of information that appears in those catalogues—names, full descriptions, prices, images, variations, technical specifications, SKU codes, and anything else available—must make its way accurately into the store’s back-end (or into the bulk-upload spreadsheet if you prefer working that way).
Here is what I expect:
• All products and their variations added without omissions or typos.
• Consistent formatting so the storefront looks tidy and professional.
• Correct mapping of categories, tags, and attributes so filters work.
• Image files extracted, renamed logically, and linked to the right product variants.
• A brief progress update every few hundred SKUs so we stay aligned.
You can pull data manually or with your preferred tools—Excel, Google Sheets, bulk-upload CSVs, or direct entry through the CMS (Shopify / WooCommerce / BigCommerce experience is welcome). Accuracy matters more than speed, but I would like an initial batch completed within the first two days so I can review and give feedback.
Deliverable: a fully populated store (or validated import sheet) ready to publish, along with a folder of properly named images. If this first catalogue goes smoothly, I have several more waiting. Let me know your approach and estimated turnaround time, and we can get started right away.
