E-Commerce Automation for Services

I’m launching an online platform that sells professional services and I want as much of the day-to-day work to run itself as possible. The build has two major goals: a rock-solid, scalable backend and a smart, conversion-focused front-end.

Front-end automation I need:
• Product (service) recommendations that learn from user behaviour
• An automated customer-support experience—ideally a chatbot or similar that taps into our knowledge base
• Dynamic pricing so I can run real-time promotions or react to demand without manual edits

Backend automation I consider essential:
• Inventory management for service slots, seats or billable hours
• Seamless order processing from checkout through fulfilment and invoicing
• A light CRM layer that captures every interaction and keeps customer data in one place

Please handle architecture, database schema, API layer and admin dashboards so that I can monitor each of the automated flows in real time. Clean, well-documented code is non-negotiable; I expect hand-off instructions and the ability to extend the system later.

I’m happy to work in iterative milestones and review functioning modules on a staging server before go-live. Let me know which tech stack you’d choose and any similar builds you’ve completed so I can hit the ground running.
