E-Commerce App UI/UX Refresh

My in-house team has an e-commerce operator app that’s already functional, but the interface feels dated and doesn’t capture the lively personality of our brand. I need a UI/UX specialist who can jump in right away, polish the overall visual appearance, and roll out a series of quick yet thoughtful updates.

The priority is color: we want a colorful, vibrant aesthetic that still reads clean and intuitive on every screen size. Think bold palettes, consistent iconography, and micro-interactions that make each tap feel rewarding. While the core flow works, you may recommend minor navigation tweaks if they help the new visuals shine, but the main objective is a fresh look, fast.

Because timing is critical, we’ll work in rapid iterations. I’ll supply current Figma files and a short style reference; you’ll return updated screens, a component library, and clickable prototypes so development can start immediately after sign-off. Final assets should include:
