E-Book & Print Formatting

My manuscript is ready and I now need it professionally formatted for BOTH an e-book release and a paperback version. The entire book is text-only—no images, tables, or other graphical elements—so the focus is on creating a classic, clean layout that reads effortlessly on screen and on the printed page.

For the e-book, I want a fluid EPUB and a well-tested Kindle file that adapt gracefully to different devices, retain chapter breaks, preserve italics and other styling cues, and include a clickable table of contents.

For the print edition, I’m looking for a crisp interior PDF with proper margins, running headers, page numbers, widows-and-orphans control, and a consistent typographic hierarchy. Please make sure the print file is press-ready for KDP as well as Lightning Source.

Deliverables:
• Final EPUB and KPF/MOBI files, validated and zipped for upload
• Press-ready interior PDF (trim size 6"×9") plus the original source file (InDesign or Word)

All source files remain mine on hand-off. Familiarity with InDesign, Vellum, or similar layout software is preferred; command-line tools like kindlegen or Calibre are a bonus as long as the output meets the standards above.
