Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

I want an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who can jump in quickly, assess where I am, and guide the platform to a cleaner, faster, better-aligned state. At this point the exact module mix (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, or a blend) is still open; the first task will be a brief discovery session so you understand the processes and pain points.

Once we agree on priorities, you will carry out the hands-on technical work—whether that means configuring entities and workflows, streamlining performance bottlenecks, building Power BI dashboards, integrating external data through the Dataverse/API layer, or setting up automated routines with Power Automate. Clear documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session at the end of each milestone are essential so my in-house team can take over day-to-day administration.

• User-ready documentation and quick-reference guide
