Dynamics 365 & Dataverse Cleanup

The engagement is expected to be 15 to 20 hours per week, initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. A paid trial task is planned before committing.

The client's Dynamics environment is reasonably mature, including:-
Dynamics 365 Sales (Production and Sandbox)
~66,000 contacts and ~15,500 opportunities
Custom tables, Power Automate flows, Customer Voice
Integrations with Exchange, Keap, and KOI
Dataverse-based reporting

The main work backlog includes:-
Data cleanup and duplicate management
Outlook-to-Dynamics contact synchronization
Form, workflow, dashboard, and process simplification
Retirement of unused fields
Mailbox enablement and workflow audits
Security role and solution management (ALM) between sandbox and production

The client has a structured delivery process:-
Written specifications and acceptance criteria for each task
Development must occur in a sandbox first
Production deployment only after CIO approval
Weekly or bi-weekly status reviews and written updates

Required skills include:-
3+ years of Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse administration/customization
Power Automate and classic workflows
JavaScript customizations (formContext API)
FetchXML, Dataverse Web API, XrmToolBox
Server-side sync and App for Outlook configuration
Strong written English communication skills
