Dynamics 365–CRM Integration with AWS API gateway

The task centers on wiring up Dynamics 365 CRM to a set of REST-based webservices that are already published behind AWS API Gateway. Roughly 100 flows must be designed and deployed, each one synchronising data changes through an outbox pattern so every customer-, sales- and service-related event is delivered exactly once.

Scope of work
• Build and configure 100 integration flows that move data between Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Service modules and the existing API Gateway endpoints.
• Implement the outbox pattern inside Dynamics 365 to ensure reliable, replay-able messaging.
• Authenticate every call via AWS Directory Service (Active Directory) so the integrations inherit current IAM policies.
• Surface integrated data back in Dynamics 365 dashboards to support customer management, sales automation and service management functions.

Acceptance criteria
• For each flow, a successful end-to-end test proves data reaches the target webservice and the outbox state is cleared.
• OAuth/AD credentials are enforced and logged in CloudWatch.
• Solution is packaged for one-click deployment between environments (dev, test, prod) and documented.
