Dynamics 365 BC Rollout & Consolidation

Need to implement MS Dynamics BC for one holding Indian company, two-to-three Indian subsidiaries and one Singapore subsidiary. In the first wave I want Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Inventory running smoothly for every entity, followed by monthly group financial statements that include proper elimination entries.

Here is how I see the engagement unfolding:

• Configuration and localisation of Finance, AR, AP, FA and Inventory for India (GST, TDS, multi-currency) and Singapore (GST, FX).
• Set-up of inter-company processing so that elimination journals flow automatically into the consolidation company.
• Automated production of monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow with drill-down to source entities.
• Migration of opening balances, item masters and fixed-asset registers out of our current systems.
• User training, UAT support and cut-over assistance through go-live.

I already have internal subject-matter experts who will handle data cleansing and first-level support; I am looking for a partner to design the solution architecture, build the environments, guide us through best practices and be on hand during the first reporting cycle to fine-tune eliminations.
