Dynamic YouTube Video Editor Needed

Gaming YouTube Video Editor – Long-Term – ₹2,000/Month

I'm looking for a gaming video editor for a long-term collaboration to help grow my YouTube channel.

Monthly Work
2 long-form YouTube videos
8 YouTube Shorts/Reels
Approximately 10 finished videos per month

I livestream frequently, but you are NOT expected to create content from every livestream.

You'll have access to my livestream VODs and should independently find the most entertaining, funny, intense or interesting moments and turn the best material into content.

Your Responsibilities

You will handle the complete editing process, including:

Finding the best moments from my VODs
Creating an engaging story/structure for long-form videos
Removing boring/dead sections
Fast-paced gaming edits
Captions/subtitles
Zooms and dynamic cuts
Appropriate sound effects
Music when appropriate
Memes/reaction edits when they fit
16:9 long-form videos
9:16 Shorts/Reels
Making the first few seconds of each video engaging

Quality is more important than using every livestream. I want the editor to select only the moments that are actually worth turning into content.

What I'm Looking For

I'm looking for someone who:

Understands gaming content
Knows what makes a gaming clip entertaining
Can independently identify good moments
Has a good sense of pacing
Doesn't overuse effects
Can create clickable and engaging edits
Is interested in working with the channel long-term

Beginners/intermediate editors are welcome, especially if you have good gaming editing samples.

Budget

₹2,000/month

This is intended as a long-term collaboration, with the possibility of increasing the budget as the channel grows and the workload/requirements increase.

Please don't send generic portfolios. Gaming edits are strongly preferred.

Before starting the monthly arrangement, I may ask shortlisted candidates to complete a small paid trial edit using a short section of my livestream.
