## Project Description

We are a **creative/marketing and video production agency** looking for an experienced **Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist** to create a high-quality **agency showreel** showcasing our best work.

The showreel will feature selected work from our portfolio, including **commercials, brand films, corporate videos, social media campaigns, events, and other production work**.

We will provide the selected footage and existing project files/assets. We need someone who can turn them into a **fast-paced, premium and visually impressive showreel** that represents the quality of our agency.

* Excellent sense of **pacing, music and storytelling**
* Ability to select the strongest moments from provided footage
* Smooth and creative transitions
* Professional **motion graphics and typography**
* Strong music synchronization and sound design
* Modern, cinematic and premium editing style
* Good understanding of how to keep viewers engaged throughout the reel

### Expected Output

* Approximately **60–120 second agency showreel**
* High-quality master export
* Version suitable for **website, presentations and social media**
* Source/project file after completion
