Dynamic Multiple-Choice Exam Platform

We are an examination body that tests our members in an examination setting. We test our members based on the training they received. We need a skilled developer to design and build a computerized test platform where members can log in and take tests in the format we create. We want a platform with a database of all our questions, organized by category per the programs we offer, so members can log in and take tests from the database. We anticipate having a database of over 100,000 questions and answers on this platform.

We already have the test questions and answers. The developer will set up the database on this platform, break down and feed the questions into their categories, and members can take the exams in a computerized setting. The platform will feed each question to each member in a randomized order, based on the program they are being tested on.
