Durbah Bilingual Logo Vectorization, Packaging, Membership Cards & Canva Templates

Project Description:

I have an established Arabic-English creative subscription brand called “Durbah” — «دُرْبة». The brand identity, logo concept, colors, and general visual direction have already been developed.

This project does not require creating a new logo or changing the approved logo design. The current Adobe Illustrator file contains the logo as an embedded raster image, so the logo must be professionally redrawn as clean, accurate, fully editable vector artwork.

The project also includes designing Durbah’s packaging system, membership cards, Canva templates, and a concise brand style guide.

The final work should feel creative, refined, contemporary, gender-neutral, and culturally relevant, while remaining consistent across Arabic and English applications.

The reference images provided are intended only to communicate the preferred visual direction, structure, and expected deliverables. They must not be copied directly. The final work must be original and based on Durbah’s approved identity.

1. Logo Vectorization

The existing logo must be carefully recreated as vector artwork without changing its approved identity, proportions, typography, Arabic diacritics, orange dots, or distinctive details.

Required logo arrangements:

* Arabic logo only
* English “Durbah” logo only
* Arabic and English horizontal lockup
* Arabic and English stacked/vertical lockup

Required color versions:

* Full-color
* Black
* White/reversed
* Single-color
* Transparent-background

Required file formats:

* AI
* SVG
* EPS
* Print-ready PDF
* High-resolution transparent PNG
* JPG

All logo files must contain genuine editable vector paths. Embedded or traced low-quality raster images will not be accepted.

2. Packaging System

Design a cohesive bilingual packaging system for Durbah’s creative subscription boxes.

Main box dimensions:

30 × 30 × 10 cm

The packaging design must include:

* Exterior shipping box design
* Interior lid design
* Main Durbah brand treatment
* A flexible sleeve/band system for the three clubs
* Tissue paper design or repeatable pattern
* Seal sticker
* Sticker sheet
* Thank-you card
* Community QR card
* Invitation/referral code card
* Print-ready packaging mockups

The three clubs are:

* Art Club — نادي الفن
* Crafts Club — نادي الحِرف
* Pen/Stationery Club — نادي القلم

Each club has one approved primary color and two supporting colors. The designs should distinguish the clubs while keeping the full packaging system recognizably part of the same Durbah brand.

The final printer dieline will be provided or confirmed before production. The designer must apply the approved artwork accurately to the final dieline.

Required packaging files:

* Editable Adobe Illustrator source files
* Print-ready CMYK PDF files
* Correct bleed, trim, cut, fold, and safe-area settings
* An editable-text master version
* A production version with fonts outlined
* High-quality packaging mockups

3. Membership Cards

A. Founding 50 Member Card

Create a premium physical membership card for Durbah’s first 50 founding members.

Specifications:

* Standard PVC bank-card size: 85.6 × 54 mm
* Front and back design
* Founding Member number field from 001 to 050
* QR code area
* Premium and collectible visual treatment
* Print-ready CMYK file
* Fully editable source file

B. Annual Premium Member Card

Create a flexible annual membership card as an editable Canva template.

The template must include editable fields for:

* Member name
* Member ID
* Membership year
* QR code

All names, numbers, text, colors, and QR elements must remain easy to update in Canva.

4. Canva Templates

Create six fully editable Canva templates using the approved Durbah colors, fonts, and Brand Kit settings:

* Founding invitation-code sharing card
* Annual Premium Member Card
* Social media post template
* Instagram Story template
* Simple promotional flyer
* Presentation slide template

The editable Canva template links must be included in the final handover.

All text, images, colors, names, member numbers, invitation codes, and QR codes must remain editable.

5. Brand Style Guide

Create a concise bilingual brand style guide covering:

* Correct brand names: “Durbah” and «دُرْبة»
* Logo versions and approved lockups
* Clear-space requirements
* Minimum logo sizes
* Correct and incorrect logo usage
* Primary brand colors
* CMYK, RGB, HEX, and Pantone values where applicable
* One primary and two supporting colors for each club
* Arabic and English typography
* Font hierarchy
* Light and dark background applications
* Packaging usage
* Membership-card usage
* Canva template usage
* Patterns, icons, and imagery direction

The style guide must be delivered as:

* Final PDF
* Editable source file

6. Technical Requirements

* Arabic spelling and diacritics must be preserved accurately.
* The correct English spelling is “Durbah,” not “Durba.”
* Arabic text must be properly aligned and editable.
* All colors must match across logo, packaging, membership cards, and Canva templates.
* Files must open correctly in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop where applicable, and Canva.
* All fonts must be identified and legally available for commercial use.
* No unlicensed stock images, illustrations, icons, patterns, or fonts may be used.
* Any paid asset must be disclosed and approved before use.
* The packaging files must pass standard pre-press checks.
* Final artwork must be organized into clearly named folders.

7. Final Handover

The final handover must include:

* All editable source files
* All logo formats and variations
* Print-ready packaging files
* Editable and outlined production versions
* Membership-card source and print files
* Editable Canva template links
* Brand style guide
* Font names and download or licensing links
* Complete color codes
* High-resolution presentation mockups
* Linked or embedded assets

All final designs and commercial usage rights will belong to the client after full payment.

The work must not be published in the designer’s portfolio or shared publicly before Durbah’s official launch without written permission.

8. Timeline and Revisions

The target deadline is five calendar days for the complete project, starting after the milestone is funded and all required files are provided.

The workflow must include:

* Initial visual direction for approval before completing all deliverables
* At least two revision rounds
* Final technical corrections if the printer identifies a pre-press issue
* Final organized handover after approval

Acceptance Criteria:

* The approved logo identity is preserved and accurately vectorized.
* Arabic and English versions are visually consistent.
* All required deliverables are included.
* Canva templates are fully editable.
* Packaging artwork is professionally prepared for printing.
* Colors and typography match the approved Durbah identity.
* Source files contain editable artwork, not flattened images.
* Final files open correctly without missing fonts, links, or assets.

1. Whether your price includes every deliverable listed above.
2. Whether you can complete the full project within five calendar days.
3. How many revision rounds are included.
4. Whether all editable source files and Canva links are included.
5. Whether you have experience with Arabic typography and bilingual packaging.
6. Whether you have prepared packaging files for professional printing before.
