DuraWell – Healthcare Journey Platform

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer/development team to build DuraWell, a healthcare journey coordination platform connecting patients, doctors and hospitals.

DuraWell is not intended to be just another doctor-booking app. The long-term vision is to coordinate the patient's complete treatment journey, especially when patients travel from one city/state to another for medical care.

Core journey:
Home → Doctor/Hospital Discovery → Appointment → Medical Records → Travel → Accommodation → Local Transport → Hospital → Investigation → Treatment → Discharge → Return Home → Follow-up

I need a real, functional, scalable and deployable product, not only a UI prototype.

1. Patient App

Registration & Profile

- Mobile OTP/email login
- Patient profile
- Family/dependent profiles
- Emergency contact
- Basic health information
- Allergies, conditions, medications and medical history

Medical Records

Secure upload and organization of:

- Prescriptions
- Lab reports
- X-rays/CT/MRI reports
- Discharge summaries
- Previous medical records
- Referral letters
- PDF/images

Records should be categorized, dated, viewable and securely stored.

2. Doctor Discovery

Patients should be able to search/filter doctors by:

- Specialty/sub-specialty

- Hospital
- Experience
- Availability
- Consultation type

Doctor profiles should include qualifications, specialty, experience, hospital affiliation, consultation fee, availability and location.

3. Hospital Discovery

Search hospitals by:

Hospital profiles should show departments, doctors, services, facilities, emergency services, address and contact information.

4. Appointment Booking

Required:

- Doctor/hospital appointment booking
- Date/time slot selection
- Confirmation

- Reminders and notifications

Architecture should support future hospital/API integrations.

5. DuraWell Patient Journey

This is the core feature.

After selecting a doctor/hospital, DuraWell should create a structured treatment journey.

Doctor Selected → Appointment → Records Prepared → Travel → Accommodation → Hospital Visit → Investigation → Consultation → Admission → Treatment → Discharge → Return Home → Follow-up

Patients should see progress through a simple timeline/checklist.

Integrate Google Maps or equivalent for:

Doctors should eventually be able to:
