I’m ready to turn my CAD drawing into a physical model so I can verify that every dimension is correct before we invest in full-scale manufacture. The item is a cylindrical container in two half sections (combined unit is ~1.47m x Diameter ~0.610m). Ideally the prototype will be able to be handled repeatedly, so produced in a tough plastic—ABS, Nylon, PA12 or any similarly material you trust. Colour and cosmetic finish are irrelevant; strength and dimensional accuracy are what matter.

The prototype must confirm two things: that the overall size and shape match the drawing and that the separate sections locate and fit together exactly as designed. I will supply the STEP file (or another format you prefer) once we get started.

Deliverables
• One printed prototype in tough plastic, accurate to ±0.3 mm across all critical dimensions
• Brief dimensional check, clear photos against calipers for key features and measurements of critical features.

Please include your recommended material, the process you’ll use (FDM, SLS, MJF, etc.), expected turnaround time. We will organise our own freight logistics once the item is ready. I’m looking forward to working with someone who can make this first piece for thorough inspection/handling and precise.
