Duplicate Video With New Assets

I have a 1 min 45 sec to 1 min 55 sec YouTube promo (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QjEixcjLkI) that I need rebuilt from scratch. The goal is to replicate the pacing, cuts, transitions, and overall motion graphics style, but swap in my own assets and copy.

Here’s what I will hand over to you the moment we start:
• A folder of high-resolution replacement images and logo files
• A text file containing every line of onscreen copy
• A shot-by-shot timing sheet with exact in/out points, animation cues, and any easing notes

Your task is to:
1. Re-create the sequence so it mirrors the original video’s flow (duration must land between 1:45 and 1:55).
2. Insert my supplied images and text exactly where indicated, matching scale, movement, and timing from my instructions.
3. Deliver a final 1920 × 1080 MP4 (H.264) ready for web and social, plus the editable project file (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar—whatever you use).

Smooth keyframe work, clean typography, and color fidelity are crucial. If you spot any pacing issues while you work, flag them; I’m happy to discuss tweaks, but the finished video should feel virtually interchangeable with the reference link, just branded for my campaign.
