Dubai Studio and 1BHK Procurement

The task is straightforward: secure a reliable pipeline of ready-to-rent inventory—room for rent, studios and 1 BHKs—on a commission-sharing basis across Al Barsha, Marina, Tecom, Bur Dubai, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Business Bay. Every one of these areas carries equal, high priority, so the work can progress in parallel wherever leads emerge.

What I need from you:
• A curated list of available units with up-to-date photos, accurate floor plans, rental terms, and owner or landlord contact details.
• Written confirmation that each owner agrees to a commission-sharing model before the unit is presented.
• Weekly progress updates summarising new leads, signed agreements, and any roadblocks.

Success is measured by the number of units onboarded and ready to be marketed for rent, with commissions clearly structured for each agreement. All information must be accurate and fully verifiable, as it will move directly into tenant-facing adverts once approved.
