I have between 101 and 200 pages of handwritten notes that must be turned into two separate, production-ready PDFs.
• Version 1 – an editable, fully searchable PDF. I need accurate OCR layered beneath clean, type-set text in Times New Roman so every word can be selected or copied. Underlines, highlights, bullet/number lists, and any diagrams or sketches have to appear exactly where they belong.
• Version 2 – a replica PDF that simply flattens each scanned page as a high-resolution image, preserving the look of the originals for straightforward viewing or printing.
Page size, margins, spacing, and general layout must remain faithful across both versions. I will supply the scans at the highest resolution I have; if you need specific DPI or file format guidance, let me know so I can prepare them correctly.
When you reply, outline:
1. Your process for achieving near-perfect OCR accuracy and how you handle complex elements like hand-drawn figures.
2. Any additional file specs you require before you begin.
3. An estimated timeline from receipt of the images to final delivery of both PDFs.
