I’m looking for a designer who can engineer two independent DC-supply PCBs, each tailored for a different power rating, but both delivering a rock-solid, low-ripple output suitable for industrial equipment. The boards will sit inside a larger assembly, so I’ll share the mechanical envelope and mounting points; dimensions will be fully customized rather than standard off-the-shelf footprints.

Here’s what I need you to handle from start to finish: translate the electrical requirements into clean schematics, run simulations to confirm regulation, efficiency, and thermal behaviour, then complete the PCB layout with good separation, adequate copper weight, and thoughtful EMI/EMC practice. I typically work in Altium Designer but KiCad or Eagle are equally fine if that’s your preference, as long as the deliverables arrive in the usual native files plus Gerbers, drill files, and a detailed BOM with manufacturer part numbers.

Protection features—over-voltage, over-current, reverse polarity—are expected, and I’ll be verifying the final design against ripple, load-step response, and temperature rise targets. Once the files are ready I’ll send them straight to fabrication, so please allow for one quick review pass after I receive first-article test data.

If you’re comfortable designing reliable power boards for factory-floor gear and you can work within bespoke size constraints, let’s get this moving.
