Drupal 11 Upgrade + Landing Page

I need my current Drupal 8 site upgraded to Drupal 11 and, at the same time, I want a brand-new landing page added. The upgrade must keep all existing content, user accounts, and configuration intact while ensuring full module compatibility and zero downtime.

Once the site is on Drupal 11, please create a clean, conversion-focused landing page that matches the site’s branding. The page should include a working contact form so visitors can reach us directly—no other extras needed at this stage. I will supply copy, images, and any style guidelines you need; your job is to handle the technical build, theming tweaks, and form configuration.
