JOB DELIVERABLES:
- Drone Aerial and Ground footage of 8 acres of vacant land in Monroe County, WV in JPG Format
- Looking forward to selling this property. Do document things such as: Access road condition, property entrance, building sites, flat areas, timber stands, water - standing or creeks etc.)

AERIAL DRONE FOOTAGE:
- Total number of pictures required: 6

DRONE GROUND FOOTAGE:
- Total number of pictures required: 12 (Looking forward for creative, something that is interesting for marketing purpose)

Payment Terms and Conditions:
1. Drone Pilot will be paid directly by Aerospace Unmanned Systems and Solutions (AERO - USS) LLC through direct deposit, PayPal or whatever methods work within 24 hours.

2. Payments will be contingent upon reviewing pilot deliverables. All deliverables will be reviewed first before the invoice is fully paid.

3. 25% - 50% invoice money will be deducted in case of Drone Pilot missing any significant portion of job requirements (Pictures / Video media).
