I need a short, clearly structured “Dos and Don’ts” training video that will teach our REDO bike-taxi drivers how to keep every ride safe and reliable. The final piece should feel crisp, on-brand and easy to follow, so the moment a new or existing driver watches it they understand exactly what is expected of them on the road and with customers.
What I have in mind
• Length: about 90–120 seconds – long enough to cover the key points, yet compact so drivers will watch it to the end.
• Style: AI-generated visuals and voice-over that match our app’s color palette and tone. Think clean icons, bike graphics, friendly narration and concise text callouts for each rule.
• Core content: practical safety rules (helmet use, speed limits, passenger etiquette, vehicle checks) and the reliability behaviours we insist on (punctual pickups, polite communication, accurate location sharing).
• Language: English first; having the project set up so additional language versions can later be swapped in would be a plus.
Deliverables
1. Script (about 180–220 words) approved before production.
2. AI-generated video in 1080p, MP4 format.
3. Editable project file from the tool you use (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, Adobe Premiere with AI inserts) so we can localise later.
4. Simple thumbnail image we can push inside the driver app.
Acceptance criteria
– All mandatory safety and reliability points are covered clearly.
– Visuals stay within REDO brand colours (#E50000 primary red, #FFFFFF, #000000).
– Final file plays smoothly on Android devices running our driver app.
Let me know early which AI video platform you prefer and any assets you need from my side (logo SVG, colour codes, sample ride footage). Looking forward to seeing how you can turn our driver guidelines into an engaging micro-training clip.
