I need a complete, stand-alone driver logging application built specifically for the trucking industry. The core objective is to let drivers record and manage every trip while staying fully compliant with Hours-of-Service regulations.

Essential feature set
• Trip logs: simple start-to-finish capture with location, mileage, and timestamps.
• Hours of Service tracking: real-time duty-status calculations that flag upcoming limits before they become violations.
• Fuel tracking: gallons, cost, and receipts tied back to each trip.
• Log editing & violation removal: supervisors must be able to correct entries while preserving an audit trail that shows what changed and when.

I am open to web, mobile, or hybrid stacks as long as the final product is intuitive for drivers, fast to sync in low-connectivity areas, and exportable in standard formats (PDF, CSV). Please outline the architecture you recommend, frameworks or SDKs you will rely on, and a realistic timeline broken into milestones.

To be considered, submit a detailed project proposal that demonstrates familiarity with ELD or similar regulatory software, addresses the feature list above, and explains your testing plan for edge-cases in HOS calculations. I will review proposals based on clarity, technical soundness, and past success with comparable logistics tools.
