Drive HelloTalk Sign-Ups

I need a hands-on outreach specialist who can spark genuine interest in HelloTalk among teachers and tutors and turn that attention into measurable new sign-ups. The plan is to meet these educators where they already gather—specialized online forums, Facebook or LinkedIn groups, subreddit communities, even niche Slack or Discord channels—and open meaningful conversations about how the app complements their teaching workflow.

You will research the right communities, obtain any permissions required to post, craft engaging discussion starters, answer follow-up questions, and discreetly guide interested educators to our sign-up link. Tracking is important, so please set up UTM parameters or short-links to attribute every registration you drive.

Deliverables
• Curated list of at least 20 high-potential educator communities with member counts and posting guidelines
• Two-week content calendar with post copy, headlines, and recommended visuals
• Live thread management and prompt replies for the duration of the campaign
• Weekly report detailing link clicks, conversions, and qualitative feedback gathered in the threads

Success is straightforward: the number of verified teacher/tutor registrations attributed to your outreach. If you have experience nurturing conversations in educator spaces and can demonstrate past conversion results, I’m ready to start immediately.
