Drive First Orders for Dubai D2C

I need a results-oriented marketer who can take our Dubai-based farm-to-fresh D2C brand from awareness to that crucial first checkout. My goal is simple: turn brand-new app users into paying customers and do it at scale.

Here’s the landscape you’ll be working with. Families in Dubai are our core audience—they want the convenience of fresh local produce delivered straight to their door. Our mobile app already handles sign-up, browsing, and purchase, but we haven’t cracked the code on converting first-time visitors into first-time buyers quickly enough.

What I’m looking for
• A campaign blueprint—Google , search, influencer collaborations, on-platform push, or whichever mix you feel will most efficiently trigger purchases.
• Creative angles that emphasise “fresh local produce delivered to your home,” speaking directly to busy parents stocking the family kitchen.
• Full funnel tracking from impression through to completed first order, so we know exactly what’s working.
• Continuous optimisation for cost-per-first-order, not just clicks or installs.

Deliverables
1. Channel and budget split recommendation with KPIs.
2. Ad creatives (static, video, or rich media) ready for deployment.
3. Tracking setup (Firebase, AppsFlyer, GA4 or your preferred stack) to attribute installs and purchases accurately.
4. Weekly performance reports and actionable next steps.

Acceptance Criteria
• A measurable uplift in installs that progresses to paid checkouts within the campaign window.
• Cost per first order hitting the agreed target.
• Clear, transparent data so we can replicate and scale winning tactics.
