Drive 25K DAU for eGiridih

I run eGiridih.com, a hyper-local hub for Giridih, Jharkhand that bundles local merchants, property, jobs, community news, education and on-demand services into one place. The product is ready; what I now need is predictable, data-driven growth that takes us from our current early-user base to 25,000 genuine Daily Active Users tracked in GA4. Vanity metrics such as impressions or follower counts are a distraction—daily usage is the North Star.

The work will revolve around Instagram and Facebook growth tactics, Meta Ads, WhatsApp list building, collaborations with local influencers, merchant-led referral loops, sharp retargeting campaigns and on-page/off-page Local SEO. I am flexible on specific mixes so long as every tactic ladders up to daily active use inside the product.

Deliverables are milestone based:
• 5,000 DAU – proof of concept and channel/creative clarity
• 10,000 DAU – scalable acquisition engine in place
• 25,000 DAU – sustainable retention metrics
