Drilling Rig 160 Inspection - PSI inspection

I will be commissioning a full-scope, single-day inspection of a Drilling RIG 160 currently located in Warsaw, Poland. The exact date is still open, but once the yard confirms availability we will lock it in; the inspection itself will be completed within one working day on site.
Scope of work
The exercise covers the entire life-cycle check—from desk-based document review through to live functional trials. In practice this means confirming identification marks, performing a close-up visual and dimensional inspection, running NDT where loss-of-material is suspected, carrying out pressure, load, electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic tests, then finishing with a full operational run. Particular attention must be paid to the mechanical sections of the rig—engine, gearbox and power train—because these represent the highest-risk areas for my project.
Documentation
Before arrival you will receive the existing certification documents and recent test reports. These need to be cross-checked against your findings and referenced in the final deliverable.
Deliverables
• A concise inspection report in English (PDF) detailing observations, measurements and test results
• Photo log of all critical areas inspected
• List of non-conformities and recommended corrective actions, especially on mechanical items
• Signed checklists and any raw data sheets used during testing
I expect the report within three working days after the site visit so that I can immediately brief my procurement team. If you are already certified to use common NDT methods (UT, MPI, PT) and bring your own calibrated tools, that will streamline things greatly.
