I have an exploration spreadsheet that tracks drilling results and I need a clear, interactive report built from it. The report must present BOTH a bar-chart view and an accompanying data table so users can toggle between visuals or view them side-by-side.
Primary goal
• Display drilling intersections of 20 m or more with grades of 2.0 g/t or higher.
• Allow the same layout to work for any other length or grade a client may type in, so filters or slicers need to be parameter driven.
• Break the results down by project and commodity (Gold is the example dataset).
Data columns to include in every bar chart and in the table:
1. ASX Code
2. Project Name
3. Commodity
4. Project Stage
5. Project Location Area
6. Project Location State
7. Project Location Country
8. Drill Announcement Date
9. Project Activity (filter fixed on “Drilling Completed”)
10. Drill Best Intersect Grade
11. Drill Best Intersect Length
12. Drill Best Intersect Depth
Interaction requirements
• Quick selectors for intersect length, grade, commodity and date.
• Bar charts must automatically update when filters change.
• Table must mirror the same filtered dataset.
Deliverables
• The working report file linked to the original sheet (or with a clean, refreshable data connection).
• Clear instructions on how to adjust the default 20 m / 2.0 g/t thresholds.
• A short walkthrough (screen-share video or PDF) showing how to add new criteria.
Acceptance criteria
The report opens without errors, shows only intersections ≥20 m and ≥2.0 g/t when first loaded, filter controls respond instantly, and both visualisations stay in sync.
If you need a sample of the sheet before starting, just let me know.
Results should only provide projects with multiple drilling intersect length. For example Project AAA has at least 2 drilling results by commodity (Gold being the example) with Drill Intersect Length of 20m or more with Drill Intersect Grade of 2.0 or higher. Must have ability to change these perimeteres.
