Dreamlike 2D Animation for Poem

I'm seeking a talented animator to create a short story animation that accompanies my spoken word poem. The animation should be in a hand-drawn 2D style and capture a dreamlike and poetic mood. Open to other ideas :)

The poem is about a dog being lost on a dog walk and disappearing.

Key requirements:
- Hand-drawn 2D animation
- Dreamlike and poetic mood - melancholy
- A mix of characters, places, and abstract imagery - I have reference material such as images of the dog and the area she was lost.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in hand-drawn 2D animation software
- Strong understanding of creating dreamlike, poetic visuals
- Experience with character design, background art, and abstract imagery

Please provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Looking forward to your bids :)
