Draft Provided File in Revit/AutoCAD

I will forward a single reference file and need it redrawn faithfully in either Revit or AutoCAD—the choice is yours, as I am comfortable with both formats. The end product should mirror the original dimensions and annotations so I can plug it straight into my current workflow without extra tweaks.

Because I’m working against the clock, turnaround time is critical; I’d like the completed Revit (.rvt) or AutoCAD (.dwg) file delivered as soon as realistically possible, along with a PDF export for quick review.
