Draft Affidavit & Precedent Research

For the past seven years an undocumented individual has used the court system, DCCP and local police to harass my family and keep my seven-year-old grandson from a safe, stable home. I need a clear, well-supported affidavit that lays out the pattern of threats, false reports and endangerment, plus concise research on prior custody-related rulings that expose how similar conduct has been treated.

Scope of work
• Prepare a sworn statement in my voice, formatted for filing in New Jersey Family Court, with all allegations numbered and supported by exhibits I will supply (texts, police reports, DCCP letters).
• Locate and summarise past court decisions and legal precedents on (a) bad-faith use of protective services, (b) custody disputes involving undocumented parties, and (c) demonstrated threats to a child’s safety. Each summary should cite the official reporter, key holding and relevance in one paragraph.

Acceptance criteria
– Affidavit ready for notarisation, free of legal-ese but Court-compliant.
– At least ten precedents or decisions, each linked to the full opinion (LexisNexis, Westlaw or public docket).
– All citations in Bluebook format.
