DPDP Act Access Control System

We are looking for an experienced freelancer or software development team to build a DPDP Act (Digital Personal Data Protection Act) compliance solution.
Requirement:
Build a software/application for DPDP Act compliance
Source code must be provided
Complete ownership of the developed solution and source code
User-friendly web-based application preferred
Data privacy and security should be considered during development
Admin dashboard and relevant compliance features
Documentation and basic technical support required
Important: We are open to either:
Developing a new DPDP Act compliance software from scratch, or
Customizing/providing an existing DPDP compliance solution, provided the complete source code and necessary rights are available.
Freelancer should have:
Experience in privacy/data protection or compliance software
Strong software development skills
Understanding of the DPDP Act, 2023 and related compliance requirements
Ability to provide clean, maintainable source code
