I have the complete schematic for an industrial-grade control board and now need it laid out as a two-layer PCB that can be sent straight to fabrication. The board will carry a mixed population of surface-mount and through-hole parts, so clear separation of assembly zones and sensible routing between the two technologies is essential.
Here is what I need from you:
• Convert my schematic into a neat, manufacturable layout that respects standard clearance rules for industrial equipment.
• Optimise component placement for efficient heat dissipation and easy hand-solder access to the through-hole parts.
• Provide all production data—Gerber, drill, solder-mask and paste layers—along with a pick-and-place file, updated BOM and the editable project file in your preferred tool (Altium, KiCad or Eagle are all fine).
The design is straightforward but reliability is critical, so I’ll be reviewing track widths, copper pours and silkscreen legibility before sign-off. If you’ve delivered rugged double-layer boards before, let’s get started—I’m ready to hand over the schematic and mechanical outline today.
